Order Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment centre partners within 1 business day of the order receipt and payment confirmation. You should also receive a tracking notification email with your tracking information by us and by the shipping provider. Should you not receive this email, please contact our customer support for more information and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Rates
We work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure the best possible shipping rates to ship our products. All of our shipping rates are based on total order weight, size, and the destination of the recipient. Duties, taxes, and import fees if applicable are of the responsibility of the purchaser.
