Refund and Returns Policy
Products that are new, still in shrinkwrap, and in original pristine condition are eligible to be returned to Board Game Bin. To request a return within 14 days of your purchase, please contact our customer support. We will provide you instructions for elegibility the return process. If you are granted a return, you are responsible for paying to have the product shipped back to our fulfillment partner.
We reserve the right to deny the return request based on the circumstances.
If you have been granted a return, the refund for your purchase will be given in the form of store credit. In the case that you are offered a refund in cash, we will refund you via our store equal to the original payment minus the shipping fee.
All refunds are issued once your product has been returned and our fulfillment partners confirm receipt of the product, still in shrinkwrap, and in original pristine condition.
Damaged or Missing Pieces
Does your happen to have damaged or missing pieces? Don't worry, we will also replace them or your board game in full. To help us stay organized with replacement parts, please use the parts selection option when contacting customer support.
